2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content. The legal basis is generally Art. 6 (1) GDPR. This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not embed any web tracking.

3. Hosting (Cloudflare)

This website is delivered via the infrastructure of Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (in particular your IP address, time of access and technical connection information) in order to deliver the content securely, reliably and quickly, and to defend against attacks (including CDN and security functions). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and fast operation of the website.

A data processing agreement (DPA / Data Processing Addendum) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.

Data transfer to third countries (USA)

Processing may also take place on servers in the USA, meaning that personal data may be transferred to a third country. Cloudflare ensures an adequate level of data protection through the standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR); Cloudflare is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 4. Server log files

When you visit the website, information transmitted by your browser is collected automatically (server log files): e.g. browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request and the anonymised or truncated IP address. This data is used exclusively for technical security and stability and is not merged with other data sources.

5. Contact

If you contact us by email, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Fonts (web fonts)

This website uses locally hosted fonts. When the site is accessed, the fonts are loaded directly from this website; no connection to Google servers is established.

7. Local storage (Local Storage / Session Storage)

This website does not use cookies. For purely functional purposes, individual settings are stored locally in your browser (e.g. your language preference and interim states of the inquiry questionnaire, so that your entries are not lost while navigating). This data remains exclusively on your device, is not transmitted to us or to third parties and is not used for analytics or advertising purposes. The storage is necessary to provide the functions you use (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG or comparable international regulations; Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You can delete this data at any time via your browser settings.
